Chimichurri Recipe

Originating in Uruguay and Argentina, Chimichurri is a beautiful sauce made with some simple ingredients and goes amazingly well with steak. If you’ve never tried it, give it a go!

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup chopped flat-leaf parsley
  2. 3 cloves garlic
  3. 1 shallot
  4. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  5. 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes
  6. 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  7. 1 teaspoon salt
  8. ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  9. 2/3 cup only the finest extra-virgin olive

Mix all these ingredients together. It’s as simple as that.
