Please note that under the Distance Selling Regulations Act, we do not accept returns of fresh or frozen food & meat. However, if there are only issues with your order, please contact us and we will assist you.
Refunds
If there are any issues with your order, including any missing item(s) or wrong item(s), please contact us and we will assist you.
All refund requests will undergo an internal process. We will contact you to approve or reject the request.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.
If you purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that price.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank or payment provider. Then, contact your credit/debit card company or bank to check its status. It may take some time before your refund is processed. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges
We want every item to arrive in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item that’s damaged or faulty, or if it doesn’t quite match the description on our website, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Where possible, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or faulty at the time of sending.
Cancellations
As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or make any changes to an order. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed.
Delivery
We will aim to deliver within the next day within Leicester. Orders before 11am to get same-day delivery (except Sunday).
Orders received after 11am would be delivered the next day (except Sunday).
For reasons beyond our control (mentioned in Delivery information), please allow 3 days for your order to arrive. If more than 3 days have passed, please contact us to review the status of your order.
Don’t send any items to us via post, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund, unless defective.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Risk, Ownership and Liability
Once we have delivered your order, the ownership of, and risk in, the goods will pass to you.
It is your responsibility to read all the information on the product labels carefully.
If the goods are transferred from the delivery address stated on your order to another address, we will not be liable for any damage to the goods.
We are not liable for any loss or damage you may incur (directly or indirectly) arising from any delay, failure or other problem relating to our delivery of the goods.
