Who doesn’t love potatoes? Especially when they’re served with a great medium-rare ribeye steak. These potatoes are garlicy, cheesy and the ultimate comfort food.
Ingredients:
- 700 grams baby potato
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic paste
- Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley
Step 1: Cut the garlic finely and crush with a pinch of salt using a pestle and mortar.
Step 2: Cut the potatoes in half and wash them thoroughly with cold water.
Step 3: Pat them dry and mix them in a large bowl with olive oil (enough to coat them), garlic and grated parmesan cheese (enough to coat them).
Step 4: Transfer the potatoes to a baking pan and roast them in a 200 °C preheated oven for 20 minutes or until slightly golden.
Step 4: Take out the potatoes, add the butter and mix well.
Step 5: Continue cooking for another 15 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy, golden and fork tender.
Step 6: Garnish with some finely chopped parsley and serve.
